The State Public Scientific Technological Library of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (SPSTL SB RAS) is one of the largest libraries in Russia and the world. Status of scientific library as well information resources (self-generated and collected), spacious building and convenient location are the reasons for establishment of unique Scientific Research Center. The SPSTL SB RAS is a center of international cooperation. Государственная публичная научно-техническая библиотека Сибирского отделения Российской академии наук (ГПНТБ СО РАН) является одной из крупнейших библиотек страны и мира – больше 10 млн. единиц печатных изданий. Статус научной библиотеки, имеющиеся информационные ресурсы (собственной генерации и приобретаемые), просторное здание и удобное местоположение обусловили создание на ее базе уникального научно-исследовательского центра.
